                      ; an American Legion Post 99 Facility

                         Rates are subject to change;

  Hall rental:   - There is a 4 hour minimum @ $200 per hour

                     - Bartender fee @ $150.00; includes portable bar for 6 hours.

                     - Required Duty Manager @ $150.00 for 6 hours.  

                     - Cleaning deposit $150.00.

                     - Damage deposit $400.00; Refundable after event.

                     - Cancellation rules apply, call for details.

     Catering:    - In-House or caterer of your choice.

  Kitchen rental:  Call for rates

 Sound system: Included with rental

 Tables and chairs: Included with rental

                            DJ: referral available
